Heeding the Warnings...and thus avoiding needless tragedy: the Bahamas...an island state suffering, but in proportion to their wise planning and forethought

...which is hardly to downplay or diminish the tragic deaths of 20-odd folk from Cyclone Dorian's path of destruction throughout their tiny island territory...

...but simply to commend their unusual forethought (at least as reported on Shine TV's '700 Club' CNN News the other night) in the diabolical circumstances...

...something precious few others (either individually or nationally) ever even bother to do...
