*A murderous despot hunting down and poisoning political opponents...

*A petty tyrant thus quashing legitimate dissent at home and abroad...

*An imperialist abroad with no qualms about murdering innocent civilians posing him no threat whatsoever...

In fact, as Newstalk ZB's London correspondent Rob/Rod Little summed him up so succinctly yesterday morning: "Many think Putin's insane - mad...he's not mad/insane, he's evil."

And believe me or don't, people, there's one heckuva qualitative difference!

Disclaimer:

Though I'm not for a moment even pretending that Hitler & Co did not systemically hunt down, capture, 'ship off' and ultimately dispose of all manner of folk, without any regard to age/vulnerability/innocence...

...only that he and his own did not systematically identify, target and then blow to smithereens such folk...

Perhaps (you could well argue) a technical point of quibble-some value, but one that strikes me anyhow.
